Shipping Terms for SYNAPEX

Welcome to our Shipping Terms page! We know you’re eager to lock in your support gear and get back to peak performance. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your SYNAPEX order will arrive.


1. Order Processing

  • Processing Window: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Quality Check: Each roll and strip is hand-inspected before it leaves our facility to ensure perfect adhesion, pristine packaging, and the performance you demand.


2. Domestic Shipping (Europe & UK)

  • Standard Shipping (4–7 business days): €4.90 flat rate.

  • Express Shipping (2–3 business days): €9.90 flat rate.

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over €75.

  • Carrier: DHL / DPD / Local postal services, depending on your region.


3. International Shipping (Outside Europe)

  • Standard International (7–14 business days): €12.90 flat rate.

  • Express International (3–5 business days): €24.90 flat rate.

  • Customs & Duties: Import fees, duties, or taxes charged by your destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Use the carrier link in your email to monitor your delivery in real time.


6. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at support@synapex.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

  • Weather & Customs Delays: Occasionally, severe weather or customs processing may extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated the moment we know more.


7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Damaged on Arrival: We stand by our quality. If your tape arrives compromised, please send a photo of the damage within 7 days to support@synapex.com and we’ll expedite a replacement.

  • Change of Mind: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tape. Unopened rolls may be returned within 30 days for store credit only. Buyer pays return shipping.
